Hello, I'm Maya!
I'm a student of Communications (majoring in media arts production & writing and publishing) and Creative Intelligence and Innovation at the University of Technology, Sydney. The breadth of my degrees are a reflection of the breath of my curiosity. I love being a student!
As a "global citizen" with a mixed cultural background, I'm enthusiastic about connecting people across cultures. Despite having lived and traveled abroad, I'm fascinated by the diversity of Australian stories and how the ‘Australian Experience’ is constantly redefined.
Creatively, I'm drawn towards documentary and experimental film and literature, often directing from personal experience with Asian culture and dance.
As I transition into the workforce, I'm looking for work experience in media production, documentary film, marketing, writing, publishing, content creation and/or innovation consulting.
